6.2 Refund Policy
Because our services involve personalised work, refunds are limited and evaluated case-by-case.
Definition: “No Service Delivered”
“No service delivered” means we have not started any work, including:

  • No CV review or optimisation
  • No LinkedIn feedback
  • No consultation call or messaging
  • No job targeting, research, or strategy work
  • No academic review or feedback
  • No progress reporting

If any of the above has begun, service is considered delivered or in progress.

Refunds MAY Be Issued If:

  • You request cancellation before any work has started
    (within a cooling-off period, typically 24–48 hours).
  • A duplicate or accidental payment was made.
    We cannot deliver the service due to internal issues
    (e.g., inability to allocate a consultant).
  • A technical fault prevents you from accessing a digital service.
  • Service was purchased in error AND no work has begun.

Refund approvals are not automatic.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

  • Any part of the service already delivered
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Lack of job offers, interviews, or sponsorship outcomes
  • Failure to use or respond to the service
  • Academic or university-related outcomes
  • Visa or immigration-related expectations
  • Student delays or lack of engagement
  • Misunderstanding of the service (clearly explained before purchase)

These protections ensure fairness and sustainability.

6.3 Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method.

Processing times vary by bank.

6.4 Instalment Plans
If using instalments or subscriptions:

  • Payments must be made on time
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
  • Outstanding balances remain payable
