For graduates
Find your rhythm after graduation.
Build a focused search, keep applications organised and give each opportunity the preparation it deserves.
Creating an SPP account is free. Your account shows your current access and Credits.
Make your shortlist more deliberate
Start with responsibilities you want to do and evidence you can show. Save roles that meet your priorities, then compare their requirements. An interesting title alone does not establish a fit.
Give each application a clear foundation
Keep the role, CV version and preparation together in Application Workspace. Check dates, examples and answers against your own records before using the materials outside SPP.
Keep progress visible
Use application records to see what you have prepared and what happened next. Keep employer communication linked where supported. Record real outcomes rather than treating a draft or a clicked link as a completed application.
Get ready before the invitation
Build a small set of STAR examples from study, employment and other experience. Practise explaining your own contribution. A structured checklist can help you spot missing context before a real conversation.
A useful place to start
- Set a realistic search focus.
- Save a shortlist and review the evidence for each role.
- Track the real outcome and prepare the next conversation.
Your next chapter
You do not need every answer. Just a clearer next step.
