Career preparation involves personal documents and important decisions. These safeguards are built into how SPP works today.
- You approve consequential actions
Preparing a CV, cover letter or message never sends it. Emails and external applications need an explicit decision from you.
- Permissions enforced on the server
Access is enforced by database security rules and server-side checks, not by hiding buttons in your browser.
- Separate roles, verified employers
Candidate, employer and administrator areas are kept apart. Employer access requires manual verification, even after payment.
- Private documents stay yours
Your CVs and application materials are tied to your account and protected by ownership rules.
- Credits you can account for
You see a quote before any Credit-using operation. Charges are reserved, settled and recorded by the server, not set by the browser.
- Evidence before invention
AI features work from the CV and job information you supply, keep gaps visible and leave the final judgement with you.

Names belong to their respective owners. Listing a service describes SPP's technology and does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
How SPP handles your data
- Account and identity
- Sign-in is handled by Supabase Authentication. SPP never asks for your password by email or chat.
- Documents
- CVs and application materials belong to your account. Ownership rules on the database decide who can read them.
- Payments
- Stripe processes card payments. SPP stores the outcome of a payment, never your card details.
- Optional email
- SPP does not send marketing email today. Optional email such as SPP Insider is designed to stay separate from account and application email: you will opt in, unsubscribing will never stop essential account messages, and the email service will receive only the minimum contact details it needs.
How SPP uses AI
- Your evidence, not invented facts
- AI features work from the CV and job information you provide. They are instructed not to add experience you do not have.
- Drafts, not decisions
- AI output is a draft or an analysis for you to review. It never sends, submits or applies on its own.
- Costs shown first
- Where a tool uses Credits, you see the quote before you authorise it.
What we do not claim
- No outcome guarantees
- SPP does not guarantee interviews, offers or salaries. Employers make their own decisions.
- No immigration advice
- Information about visas links to official sources. SPP is a career platform, not an immigration adviser.
- No borrowed credibility
- We do not display certifications, awards, partner logos or reviews that we do not genuinely hold.
