How do paid memberships renew?

Plus and Pro renew monthly until cancelled. Boost begins after suitability approval and successful balance payment, then renews at £99 monthly.

Does reserving Boost activate the service?

No. £5 starts your suitability review. It is credited towards the first month and refunded if you are unsuitable.

Is AI support included?

Yes. AI support is available 24/7 on every plan. Questions needing a team member can be passed on for follow-up; this is not a promise of 24/7 human staffing.

Is SPP Insider included?

SPP Insider is a separate planned companion service and is not available to buy yet. It is not part of the currently billed benefits listed above.
